Meaning Meets Macro (MMM) is a small, invite-only fitness app. This page explains what we store, why, who helps us run it, and how to delete it. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.
What we store
- Account: your email and a password (the password is handled by our login provider; we never see it).
- Profile: the name you choose, bodyweight, goal, and optional details like age, sex, equipment and schedule. We use these to build your program and food targets.
- Training: workouts, sets, weights, reps and records.
- Food: meals you log, your meal plan and eating preferences.
- Journal and check-ins: what you write, and your weekly ratings.
- Coach chats: your messages to the AI coach and its replies.
- Crews: your crew membership, weekly target, posts, replies, reactions and check-ins.
- Settings: your coach, voice and notification choices. Some settings and your in-progress workout are kept on your phone.
- Feedback you send us from the app.
What other people can see
Only people in your crew see anything about you, and only: your name, weekly target, how many workouts you've done this week, when you last trained, and what you choose to post or share. Check-ins are visible only to the two people involved. Your food, weight, journal and coach chats are never shared. If you use “Find me a crew,” we use your track, goal, age group (never your exact age), lifestyle and training time to suggest a crew; nobody can search for you.
Who helps us run MMM
- Supabase stores the database, logins and voice audio files.
- Vercel hosts the app.
- Anthropic powers the AI coach, food estimates (from text or a photo) and check-in replies. We send only what's needed for that request. Food photos are sent for the estimate and are not stored by us.
- Coach voice is made by an open voice model running on our own servers. Voice lines can include workout numbers like sets left, never your name, and are cached as audio files so they play faster next time.
- Google Fonts serves the app's fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when loading the app.
Your choices
- Turn the coach voice, notifications and crew sharing on or off at any time.
- Leave a crew whenever you want; your posts in it are removed.
- Delete your account from the You page. That permanently deletes your profile, workouts, food, journal, coach chats and crew posts.
Health information
MMM is a general fitness app, not a medical service, and isn't a healthcare provider. Please don't use the journal or coach chat to store medical records.
Age
You must be 16 or older to use MMM.
